穀盛鹽麴20-25g
啤酒3大匙
蒜泥1小匙
糖2小匙
醬油1大匙
黑胡椒粒少許
白芝麻少許

1 去骨雞腿肉用叉子搓幾下,

2 均勻抹上黑胡椒和蒜泥和鹽麴+啤酒調和,

3 再加入糖,和醬油, 按摩均勻

4 醃製 2小時以上(醃製時間長比較入味)

5 平底鍋中火預熱, 放入去醃好雞腿肉雞皮面朝下
